As a Listing Partner at MEXC, I support global blockchain projects in securing listings on the exchange. My role involves guiding projects through the application and evaluation process, providing strategic advice on meeting MEXC's listing requirements, and facilitating smooth communication between project teams and the exchange.

In my role as a Listing Partner at Gate.io, I am responsible for the thorough evaluation of projects and providing strategic advice on meeting listing requirements. Additionally, I help establish communication between the project teams and Gate.io's official listing committee, ensuring a smooth and effective collaboration. I am also involved in driving the listing process forward, assisting with every stage of the process to ensure timely approval

● Focusing on the core objectives of the blockchain venture capital business, from 0 to 1, complete the job setting, staff recruitment, and team building of the investment research department, BD department, post-investment management and other departments; ● Process management: set the job responsibilities of each department, establish and improve the process system of the company's front, middle and back ends of investment, optimize and improve the process logic to make it reasonable and scientific; ● Collect and sort out the information and materials of blockchain investable projects at home and abroad, conduct in-depth analysis and research, screen out projects with high feasibility, organize project research and judgment, and form an analysis report; ● Organize investment negotiation meetings, voting meetings, sort out investment conditions, and reach investment consensus ● Completed the research and judgment of a total of 300 + blockchain primary market projects, and successfully invested in Cspr, SPS, Algodex, Dopamine, Mimir, Standard and other projects; ● Accumulatively completed 400+ secondary market project research and judgment, and successfully invested in dozens of high-quality secondary market projects; ● Manage and supervise the orderly development of post-investment management: ● Clarify the direction of resource development, allocate and coordinate the resource development department to expand resources such as exchanges, investment institutions, game guilds, KOL, media, incubators, etc. ● Employee relationship handling;

● Conduct in-depth research on the blockchain industry, follow up industry hotspots, screen and identify blockchain projects; ● Conduct in-depth understanding and cutting-edge insights on projects, and conduct comparative research on existing projects in the market; ● Analyze the fundamentals of encryption projects (business logic, technical principles, economic models, risks, etc.), form investment research and judgment reports, and provide reasonable investment opinions for the company; ● Do due diligence on the project and team background, control project risks, and continue to follow up,Interpret and analyze major events of the project;
