As COO at Norka I am responsible that all product is manufactured efficiently, with good quality, and meets the customers' needs. I work closely with each department supervisor ensuring efficient production by holding them accountable. I report directly to the Board of Directors in efforts to always keep them informed on important happenings. I administer daily production meetings, quarterly operations meetings, and annual Board of Directors meetings. It is a daily goal to make sure clear communication is being achieved between salesmen, customer service representatives, and production leaders. Keeping track of the monthly spending and the annual budget is also my responsibly at Norka. I try to motivate everyone in the company to strive for quality and effective output to ensure profitability. I also work closely with each customer and our estimating efforts to ensure optimum pricing.

I was responsible to manager commercial construction projects by making sure the customer was happy with the quality and final cost. It was the goal to work close with internal draftsmen and deliver clear instruction on the job site. The scheduling of multiple sub contractors was part of my daily routine. Going over the blueprint and daily plan with each sub contractor is key as a project manager. I enjoyed communication with the customer diligently explaining how the project was progressing.
