I am a people-centric financial executive whose strengths include motivational leadership and transforming business processes to drive significant bottom-line improvements. My approach is marked by rapid analysis, strategic vision, and the ability to build high-performing teams through collaboration and mentorship. With extensive experience in nonprofit associations, healthcare, and construction, I am a seasoned financial executive known for driving transformative change and delivering tangible results. As the Senior Director of Finance and Budget at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA), I oversee the finance functions of a $274M revenue stream. I lead the planning for the organizations $3.0 billion budget with 800 employees and 200 contractors. My earlier career included tenures as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Coram Healthcare Inc. and a Consultant in Healthcare Revenue Cycle at Navigant Consulting, Inc. as well as a Controller for Pella Windows & Doors of Colorado. I hold a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University. Outside of work, I have volunteered as Treasurer on the Ballston BID Board since 2017 and provided guidance and support in the financial planning of a multi-million-dollar renovation for Hollin Meadows Swim and Tennis, a non-profit club. My financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills have consistently driven organizational success. I aim to leverage my expertise and experience in a Chief Financial Officer or Financial Executive role for a non-profit that is making a positive difference in society.
