Dussanee Chanwiboon

 Participate in NPI processes, including process designs and product reviews, DFM, PFMEA, QCFC, manufacturing readiness, product introduction plan, process validation, and first article review.  Interact effectively with other functional teams such as R&D, process engineering, and product line management to validate requirements and ensure process or technological milestones are clearly defined and delivered.  Set up NPI production lines in the factories to achieve Kaizen manufacturing.  Collaborate with the supply chain, quality and manufacturing team, warehouse, trade compliance team, and others to achieve production and deliver the product on demand.  Implement ECO, MCO, and Dev per Process, Manufacturing, and Customer requests.  Follow the project timeline to support NPI transferring activities, handle any gating concerns, and ensure material, equipment, process, document, and other items are ready.  Ensure the prototype is delivered to the R&D and customer on time.  Manufacturing data analysis to resolve issues and ensure process control/stability.  To manage and lead yield tracking and improvement.  Validate and qualify local suppliers for product packaging.
