Hi, I am a business analyst working in the R&D unit of an AI/ML first company in the blooming years of LLMs! I have experience in managing e2e delivery of applications/POCs, primarily working on latest LLM technologies. I have 3+ years of experience and have been passionate about technological advancements since forever. Getting to dive into deep conversations with some of the greatest minds of the industry is exhilarating to me, even if I have to Google everything they talk about right after! As part of my current role in a team of 15, I perform all activities related to project and stakeholder management, presentations and demos, requirements gathering, documentation, team management, and establishing the Scrum framework. I facilitate the team across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring client/stakeholder expectations are met and all the necessary collaterals are created/shared on time. As part of a small unit creating the company's latest and greatest, I am often involved in leadership, outreach (internal and external), and town hall calls - spreading the word about what we have developed, how it could benefit them and how they can pitch it to clients. Essentially seeking collaboration and customer opportunities. Aside from advancing our company's capabilities, I am also the product manager of three internal AI tools (built at different intervals). Softwares I am comfortable with include Jira, G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), GCP, Dashboards (Kibana, Tableau), MySQL, Postman, Colab, VertexAI. I am also comfortable with coding in Python/REST and SQL (experienced in many more including Java, Js, React, PHP). As for the LLM buzzwords, yes - ofcourse. I need to have a sufficient understanding of MMRAG, MCP servers, Agentic Workflows, RAI principles, IDP, KIE. While I don't develop the solutions, I discuss and present them to technical and non-technical folks—providing me insights at all stages. So this was a little about my professional life!
