Led a Belgrade-based company providing occupational safety, environmental protection, and accredited laboratory testing services — a heavily regulated sector where clients are legally obligated to meet national and EU-aligned environmental and workplace standards. Services spanned workplace safety consulting, environmental impact measurement (water, air, soil, waste gases), acoustic testing, fire protection, and equipment inspection, delivered to a broad client base across industry, construction, and public sector. Assumed full P&L responsibility in 2016 and drove consistent growth over four years — revenue nearly doubled from RSD 85M to RSD 167M between 2015 and 2019, with net income growing more than fourfold over the same period. Covid-19 significantly impacted operations in 2020, but the business remained profitable on a revenue base and returned to expansion in 2021.

Led Consumer Electronics sales across 7 markets in the Western Balkans region — Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Albania — covering two major product divisions: Audio/Video (TV and AV products) and Home Appliances (white goods). Responsible for implementing global business strategy at regional level, with full accountability for sales performance, consolidated profit, and market share across all markets. During tenure, grew TV market share to approximately 50% in Croatia and 40% in Serbia — the two measured markets in the region. Returned the Home Appliances division to profitability for the first time, achieved by 2013.
