HSE Director of Enerjisa Enerji to work as corporate level to coordinate all HSE activities for all Enerjisa companies including Distribution, Generation, Investment, Sales and central functions. Almost 15.000 employees (10.000 own and 5000 contractor)

Worked with E.ON Technologies in Asset Services Production Support Division located in Gelsenkirschen Germany and Ractliffe UK as Deputy Division Head in order to get experiences working with various cultures.

Responsible for operation of exiting power plants (5 CCGT and 3 wind power plants with a total capacity of 1500 MW) and operational preparations for new greenfield projects; one 600 MW CCGT and one 450 MW Lignite power plant)

Operations Director to manage all power plants in operation and responsible for operational preparations for new greenfield projects. (5 CCGT, 14 Hydro, and 3 Wind power plant with total installed capacity of 2700 MW) Investment of power plants started to be completed in the mid of year 2010 and continued.

Enerjisa speeded up investments in 2007 as a result of decision of Shareholder to take the energy as one of the core businesses and acquired one Energy company with 4 hydroelectric power plants in operation. I was leading handing over team for these four power plants. I was promoted as Plants Region Manager responsible for Adana CCGT Power Plant, Kızıldüz, Şahmallar, Birkapılı and Suçatı Hydroelectric Power Plants.

promoted as Plant Manager for Adana Plant. The Plant is a combined cycle cogeneration power plant and consists of two Frame6B Gas Turbines, an extraction type steam turbine and their auxiliaries. In addition to electricity generation, steam is being supplied to a nearby customer and conventional type auxiliary boilers are installed in order to have reliable process steam supply. Managed plant investment during construction and commissioning with different contractors with around 1200 workers. After completion of investment at the beginning of 2003, managed the Plant being accountable for operation and maintenance, plant budget, improvement projects such as Turbine Inlet Air Cooling Systems and Natural Gas Pipeline and RM station.

I was recruited as operation and maintenance engineer for Kentsa Power Plant. Kentsa Power Plant was an CCGT Cogeneration Power Plant with a capacity of 120 MW; constructed in two phases. Following investment of Phase I and Phase II as owner engineer in terms of I&C activities, leading Steam Turbine investment in Phase II and preparation for operation and operating the plant were the key responsibilities. After completion of Kentsa Power Plant investment, I was in the team for the preparation of bidding documents and contract negotiations of three CCGT Plants located Adana, Mersin and Çanakkale

I was recruited to manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems such as water, steam and pressurized air production and distribution for whole Tire Plant

reponsible for planning and execution of I&C maintenanace activites of two VCM Plants and leading I&C maintenance team. During ISO 9000 certification, I was in the certification team for the preperation of procedures and instructions of these two Plants and responsible for establishment of a new calibration center, which was planned to give service to whole Petkim consisting of 9 different plants.

I was recruited to control investment of two projects, which are Ammonium Sulfate Reclamation Plant and 5000 t. Ethylene Storage Tank as owner engineer for electrical and I&C works.
