As an IT Recruiter my roles and responsibilities involved: • Using job boards (such as Dice, Hot jobs, Career Builder, Computer Work, Monster of US and planet, CVlib, CWjobs, jobserve, totaljobs, jobsite, Monster of UK etc), Internet search, and Internal Database to screen candidate's cv. • Responsible for full life cycle sourcer and recruitent process, understanding the requirement, sourcing the right candidate, technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with clients and consultants. Analyzing client requirements to interview candidates to ensure that all submittals are of the highest caliber and closest fit to the client's needs Source the perfect resumes according to the client requirement from job sites. • Formatting the resume of the consultant (using macro) in a professional way before submitting to client. • Responsible for Short-listing candidates as per requirement. • Regular follow up with the candidates. • Understanding client recruitment needs and meeting their requirements with good response time. • Knowledge on 1099,W-2 and Corp-to-Corp Tax Terms.
