Senior professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Latin American IT market. Member of the Executive Committee of Oracle Brazil, and key member of the senior management in LAD. Current Latin America Vice President for Customer Success, Cloud Renewals & Consulting Services. Previous to his current role, he leaded the Customer Services operation in Brazil as Country Manager for more than 6 years, being responsible for the Support Renewal (Software & Hardware) and Advanced Customer Services lines of business. Before leading the organization in Brazil, he acted as the Global Key Account Senior Director of one of the most strategic customers in Latin America. Major functions were related to the management and coordination of all lines of business of Oracle Corporation that serve the customer globally, and the strategic alignment between all of them Have been in Oracle for more than 20 years. Starting in Oracle Argentina, and working for the LatinAmerica region and in the US for several years. Transferred to Oracle Brazil in 2001 with a senior management position in Sales Consulting for the whole applications business in Brazil. Besides his more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, also worked as a functional analyst of business process re-engineering at Deutsche Bank in Argentina and as product analyst at Banco Santander.
