* Work as a part of team to deliver all Procurement function (manager RFP process, Order Management, Vendor Management – supplier selection and relation management, etc.) * Contract performance and opportunity support. * Third party management (contract, project implementation, etc.) * Take accountability for the delivery of Procurement-related initiatives * Ensure the proactive delivery of projects in alignment with the Corporate Procurement strategy * Report on all procurement activities that falls within scope of responsibility * Effectively manage the vendor database and Periodic Vendor Evaluation * Responsible for the continuous supply of all goods and services necessary to meet the project requirement. * Organize, supervise and direct the work of material planner, service coordinator and other supply personnel engage in ordering, receiving, issuing and deliver all product requirement. * Maintain the inventory and warehouse functions within the guidelines established in accordance with project requirement. * Support Cost allocation in SAP.

* Review accounting systems, financial statements, work papers, tax and payroll records and other related documents. * Research and analyze data for accuracy to ensure compliance with Vietnam tax laws and regulations. * Prepare audit findings and summaries. * Identify legal issues and apply appropriate statute, rules and legal precedents. * Participate in team audits

* Improving global air freight process in cooperation with stakeholders, * Executing pricing campaigns, * Escalate and resolve unaligned bid strategies, * Drive competitive pricing

* Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups, using a tariff coding system. * Contact vendors and/or claims adjustment departments in order to resolve problems with shipments, or contact service depots to arrange for repairs. * Determine method of shipment, and prepare awb. * Direct or participate in cargo loading in order to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight. * Estimate freight or postal rates, and record shipment costs and weights. * Inspect and count items received and check them against invoices or other documents, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods. * Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored.
