* Project : Australia Pacific LNG Module Yard at SMOE Indonesia (Batam Yard) (Contract Job) * Owner: Bechtel Corporation * Client: Conoco Phillips * Implementing the Project HSE Management Plan (HSEMP) * Supporting and reinforcing the HSE requirements with the HSEMP * Participating in site walks and inspections to assess compliance with the HSEMP * Supporting the project team by providing guidance relating to safety issues * Interfacing with APLNG site personnel and subcontractor personnel as necessary to facilitate HSE programs and execution in accordance with project, plans, procedures, and permit conditions * Assigned for construction site monitoring and module load out activities (Site move, Cross over, and Sea fastening) * Perform incident investigation and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective & preventive actions implementation

* Responsibility : * Attending Daily and Weekly general tool box meeting * Responsible with the HSE programs and rules * implementation JSAE and Risk Assessment * Conduct regular safety inspections * Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges * Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe act
