- Develop and maintain company manuals and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. - Establish and organize the tools store, implementing efficient storage and retrieval systems. - Manage the inventory of tools, consumables, and aircraft spare parts, optimizing stock levels and minimizing shortages. - Inspect the certifications of tools, consumables, and aircraft parts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Process purchase orders for tools, consumables, and aircraft spare parts, adhering to procurement procedures. - Support engineers with airport service and tool order requests, ensuring timely fulfillment. - Negotiate pricing and contracts with service providers to secure favorable terms and cost-effectiveness. - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical contractors within the Technical Department. - Manage and process monthly invoices for the Technical departments. - Manage aircraft maintenance records, techlogs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Manage AD/SB/MOD applied to the fleet. - Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, coordinates with service providers, and ensures all necessary resources are available. - Compose and manage contracts with suppliers. - Procure necessary tools and equipment for the Technical Department. - Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. - Collaborate closely with brokers to complete customs clearance procedures for imported tools and equipment.

- Develop, compile, and maintain the MEL in accordance with aircraft supplier documentation and regulatory requirements. - Conduct thorough research and consolidated regulations from VAR, FCOM, ICAO, and IATA to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the MEL. - Collaborate with the Technical Department and pilots to develop and document operational procedures for aircraft maintenance engineers and flight crew. - Prepare flight route-specific MELs to ensure operational compliance and safety. - Manage the implementation and tracking of ADs, SBs, and MODs for each aircraft type within the fleet - Ensure the currency and accuracy of MEL, FCOM, QRH, and AFM documentation by incorporating updates from aircraft suppliers. - Develop and prepare MELs for new aircraft projects as approved by the CAAV. - Manage the expenses related to FOE and developed payment schedules for FOE suppliers. - Determine the suitability of airports based on regulatory requirements and collected data for accurate airport categorization. - Develop and analyze flight routes to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations

- Designing CAE models of white body and internal parts to calculate performance of vehicles in different type of situation. - Preparing CAD models for team to make CAE models over CAD data.
