My responsibilities included PHP & MySQL development for new products, database design, product testing, debugging, and custom CRM creation. My musical responsibilities included creating radio station playlists, splicing song-hooks for online stores, managing song previews, and managing music selection for product promotions.

* As a Senior Developer at Chromaplex Designs, I work in a team of six programmers building medium-to-large web applications. My responsibilities include: * Front and Back-end development using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. * Architecting and developing medium-to-large scale web applications using frameworks such as Laravel and Magento * Developing APIs for mobile applications. * Development in virtual environments using Vagrant, Virtual Box and Puppet. * Setting up and managing Linux boxes and configuring Apache / Nginx web servers. * Managing and deploying to Amazon EC2 servers. * Working in an Agile Development environment. * Version control and repository management using Git / Github / Bit Bucket * Quickly learning new languages and technologies for a given project. * Managing client relationships, gathering project requirements and assessing appropriate solutions. * Proper application testing using PHPUnit. * Building Wordpress websites including start-to-finish development, template modification, design implementation, hosting transfers, and custom plugin development.

As an early partner at Stationhead, I wear several tech-hats at the company: As the Lead Developer, I oversee a constantly expanding team of developers across all layers of the tech stack. I designed and programmed our backend stack which serves our mobile API, and oversaw the development of our iOS application. I also handle all Devops and System Administration tasks for our growing infrastructure, and write software that enables streamlined and efficient development, testing and deployment for our application. Additionally, I serve as project manager for our in-house and remote developers, and more importantly, am the liaison between the business and development team

As Director of Technology, I interface directly with stakeholders and product owners to flesh out the high-level requirements for a particular milestone in the project, as well as the details for each sprint. I am responsible for assessing the technical requirements for the proposed product direction, accounting for the current state of the application, the current scale and architectural requirements, and any technical debt across the stack which may need to be addressed. I lead the development team, running all sprint planning meetings and stand-ups, and provide technical guidance and code reviews to the developers along the way. I work with the team and the product owners to handle technical hurdles and guide the iterations so that everyone receives early feedback during the sprints. Additionally, I continue to handle much of the operations requirements as far as infrastructure, provisioning and deployments on AWS.
