At Walmart, I was responsible for their global network as well as their private and edge cloud infrastructure—including all architecture, engineering, deployment, and 24/7 operations. My responsibilities also covered their global data center portfolio, mainframe compute, associate connectivity, and mobility solutions. My teams designed, built, and maintained scalable and resilient infrastructure that powers Walmart’s retail, eCommerce, and omnichannel experiences. By leveraging world-class technology, we empowered our associates to deliver exceptional service to hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. * 10,000+ stores and e-commerce sites across 19 countries, many with edge cloud infrastructure * 550,000+ routers, switches, and wireless access points * Millions of compute cores in our edge, AI, and private clouds * 240+ million weekly customers * Tens of millions of devices connected to the Walmart network infrastructure at any point in time

Successfully led Operations at Imperva to a $3.7B acquisition by Thales. I held responsibility for our global Cybersecurity application portfolio infrastructure, representing $300MM+ in annual revenue. Reporting to the CEO, I transformed technical operations from being embedded within Product Development to a standalone organization, dramatically improving reliability while maintaining developer velocity. My team modernized and re-built our global network and systems infrastructure from the ground up, enabling significant customer retention gains and growth. Throughout these efforts, eNPS was improved by 30+ points.

At Netflix I led the design, build, scaling, and support of technology infrastructure from script to screen, including Production, Enterprise, and Content Delivery. I founded and grew the team responsible for network, systems, and storage, as well as complementary business operations such as provisioning and logistics, that enabled Netflix to become the market leader in video streaming. Together our team built the largest, most scalable and reliable content delivery network on the planet.

Organized and founded the largest member-run Internet Exchange Platform on the East Coast.

I joined Yahoo! upon their acquisition of Right Media where I lead the infrastructure organization- spanning network engineering, ops, and infosec teams. I completed the Right Media infrastructure integration with Yahoo! after the acquisition and assumed responsibility for leading Layer 4-7 Network Architecture.
