•Oversee all aspects of the building process • Working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs • Ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope • Hiring and managing subcontractors and employees, gather permits, and ensure all aspects of the project are up to code • Overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating baselines, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders •

•Working on projects for both Civil Engineering and industrial activities • Tertiary Independent Surveyor (TIS) inspection report preparation (RD0 to RD6) • Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates and cost plans • Quality assurance • Responsible for the project management and follow up and reporting of project meetings • Monitoring expenditure and providing financial statements • Preparation of Civil/Structural engineering calculations, plans design, layouts and specification •

•Conduct field surveys to identify and correct issues as they arise • Assist with all contractual aspects such as tendering and management of contracts specifications • Manage projects with respect to budget (allowable) • Technical & client specifications, and deadlines, liaise with the commercial department for work variations and need for acceleration costs • Responsible for the bar bending schedule and tracking reinforcement steel orders • Document controller•
