Dr. Vaibhav Meshram received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication from the prestigious National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra (formerly Regional Engineering College Haryana) in 1992, his M.Tech. degree in Microelectronics from IIT Bombay in 1999, and his Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics from BITS Pilani in 2012, specializing in 22 nm technology. He has accumulated 18 years of teaching experience at various engineering colleges and universities in Mumbai and Bangalore. Additionally, he has 16 years of industrial experience, including roles as: • Research Engineer at Central Research Laboratory, Bharat Electronics Limited • Senior VLSI Design Engineer at Philips Semiconductor, Bangalore • Project Manager at Zilog India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. • Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard • Technical Manager in “Hardware Practices” at Mindtree Consulting Ltd, Bangalore. Under his supervision, NINE students have completed their Ph.D ( domain Signal Processing and VLSI). He has published over 100 research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, and Springer, and holds more than SEVEN patents. Dr. Meshram has delivered over 100 invited talks on topics including Nanoelectronics, Quantum Computing and Socially relevant issues. He serves as a BOS and BOE member at several colleges and universities. He was the Principal at Yenepoya University, Bangalore Campus (NIRF Ranking 85). Previously, he has worked as a Professor and HOD at Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore, and as a Professor and HOD in the ECE Department, also holding the additional portfolio of Ph.D. Coordinator & Research at Jain University, Bangalore. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in higher education leadership, he is actively involved in the establishment and development of newly founded universities. His work spans across strategic planning, academic structuring, faculty recruitment, infrastructure development, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation. Throughout this journey, he collaborated with diverse stakeholders to design academic programs aligned with national and global standards, set up robust governance frameworks, and implement systems that promote student-centric learning. His experience has enabled to lead with vision, build institutions from the ground up, and contribute meaningfully to their long-term sustainability and reputation.
