Using the gift of administration and help ministry, handle all appointment and calendar scheduling for the Pastor to insure continuity and lessen scheduling conflicts. Assist the pastor with maintaining accurate records using impeccable secretarial skill to record meeting minutes including timely reproduction, circulating and filing. Provide reminders of important dates and special occasions. Prepare and produce weekly bulletin used as a worship service guide. As an evangelist, provide community activities that enhance the growth of the church and win souls for God's kingdom. Community activities include door-to-door canvassing with prayer; and, prayer walks; youth activities; and outreach through support/help programs. Help programs include planning and providing a lunch meal for the homeless and needy served once monthly for 7 months from October to April serving from 18-40 persons per seating. Provisions are made to distribute blanks, coats and toiletry items during this time.
