• Managed 250 study patients at Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute in 10 Department of Defense sponsored studies that led us to become one of the highest performing institutions across the nation • Created a new patient information recapture protocol that resulted in increased patient follow-up rates from 70% to 90% that is now implemented in all Ortho-Trauma research studies • Led a team of coordinators and research assistants through two successful site audits for all METRC consortium Ortho-Trauma studies • Developed the first ever social media platform (OATH) to increase engagement and follow up for study participants which inspired its use in other Ortho-Trauma research studies • Led the protocol implementation strategy for all Department of Defense studies on site, resulting in a 50% reduction in process development time • Managed all research ethics board applications and submissions at the department level

• Consented over 100 study participants and counseled them through the follow-up period leading to one of our highest site approval ratings • Managed monthly site wide query reporting that led to the improvement in data quality • Performed research feasibility studies leading to the establishment of site SOP’s • Created online data repositories to convert paper copy surveys to online formats that led to the substantial ease of data analytics for Ortho-Trauma

• Assisted patient care and treatment in two month rotations in 10 departments across 3 hospitals • Operated in a variety of surgeries (Adenoidectomy, Herniotomy, and Sac Eversion) through a cross-functional team supervising patient transition to post-op care resulting in improved patient prognosis
