After years of practicing traditional medicine, I realized that true health is about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about addressing the whole person. Today, I blend functional and integrative medicine to guide my clients on a journey of transformation, focusing on their body, mind, and soul. My approach, the More Joy® Method, was born from my own experiences with burnout and the realization that we need a deeper, more compassionate approach to health. I’m passionate about bringing the heart and soul back into medicine and helping others find balance, purpose, and vitality.
