As a member of Bco 20th Eng. out of Fort Campbell KY, I learned explosives, bridge building and basic combat engineering. Some of the schools that I had gone to were – Air Assault School at Fort Campbell, Sapper School at Fort Lennardwood (as a photographer and for leadership training), Basic and AIT at Fort Lennardwood. Notable places I was sent – Fort Bragg for bridge training, Belize, Central America to build a bridge in the jungle (six months).
