Holding a doctorate in mind-body medicine, my work investigates the psychological and physiological shifts that occur during spiritual awakenings and anomalous experiences. • Independently created local nutrition & wellness coaching service, including building the brand and marketing the services. • Developed integrative team to provide exercise, nutrition counseling, meditation, yoga, and psychotherapy. • Developed quarterly workshops, led weekly groups, and counseled clients daily in the areas of nutrition, meal planning, mindfulness, meditation, and healthy lifestyles. • Created educational and experiential workshops for the community through the University of Tennessee non-credit course pathway.
