The key concepts I teach include ticket sales, crowd control, customer satisfaction, human resources management, finance, marketing and sponsorship.

Responsible for the management of all executive education programs for the College of Business, including directing and managing the operations of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program and the Center for Professional Development (CPD).
