I am a healthcare professional with a background in Dentistry (BDS) and experience spanning patient data, clinical operations, and hospital management, currently working as an Associate Patient Data Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. My journey began in direct patient care and evolved into system-level healthcare roles, where I gained hands-on experience in data accuracy, documentation, audit preparedness, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement. Working in a hospital environment helped me develop a strong understanding of how clinical workflows, data quality, and patient outcomes are closely interconnected. I am currently pursuing an MBA from BITS Pilani and have completed a Clinical Research certification, strengthening my understanding of clinical trial processes, patient data flow, and GCP-aligned practices. Alongside this, I am actively building skills in Data Analytics, with a strong interest in using data to support informed decision-making in healthcare and clinical research. I am comfortable working with Excel, dashboards, trackers, and structured reporting, and I enjoy roles that require attention to detail, collaboration across teams, and continuous learning. Driven by curiosity and purpose, I am focused on growing at the intersection of clinical research, data, and healthcare operations, while contributing meaningfully to patient-focused outcomes.
