As Program Officer, led the project titled “Neurodevelopmental Disabilities among children 2-6 years of age” and simultaneously worked on two other projects titled “Determinants of Under nutrition in Children and Assessment of Management at Different levels of Healthcare”, undertaken in six states in India and “Integrated Management of Neonatal & Childhood Illnesses: Baseline Study to estimate Childhood Mortality and Morbidity” undertaken in 8 states in India During my tenure here, I was involved in developing various training modules and manuals which were used to train field data collection staff and research officers. Also organized and conducted training workshops and trained research staff in data collection techniques, using quantitative and qualitative questionnaires and in data analysis. Also conducted detailed data analysis and developed project reports and technical research papers.

o Responsible for organizing, coordinating and undertaking training of Master Trainers across all states and coordinating with states to formulate state level training calendars and conduct trainings o Worked for E-learning project team under IDSP- developed e-modules and training content material

2 year full time program involving great experiential learning, successfully completed this programme in February 2008 ranking first in the university examination -conducted a research project “Study on treatment compliance among patients with Diabetes Mellitus” (June 2006) -completed Thesis - “An Epidemiological study to estimate prevalence of hearing impairment in children and to assess facilities for management of hearing impaired in the Barabanki district of U.P.” (February 2007 – June 2007) -Developed two research papers which were selected for presentation in the IV TEPHINET Conference in November 2007 -presented two papers in the IVth TEPHINET Conference held in Taipei, Taiwan in November 2007 (oral and poster presentation) - voted as the "Best Speaker of the session" for oral presentation
