Jamal Früster, DC

I'm a doctor, coach, consultant and speaker who helps healthcare professionals heal their minds and bodies while strengthening their souls. What I really enjoy is the essence of my work going beyond the pain and into the root cause of suffering; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I'm on a life mission of providing for the depleted provider. A part of my work involves shifting healthcare from the inside out making it more sustainable for those working in and powerfully shifting the cultural perspective on chiropractic. I also playfully say I'm the hypeman for humanity because I believe in people. My story began in Tucson helping build the clinic, The Source Chiropractic Tucson when I graduated from my doctorate program in April 2021. I am now in the process of opening Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio, my very own business. I'm also the founder of That Something Life Coaching LLC and host of Soul Coffee Podcast, a podcast dedicated to providing resources for the depleted provider. I serve a part of the leadership team of Delta Sigma chi, the oldest International Professional Chiropractic Organization where I've been a brother since 2017, dedicated to serving and helping evolve this profession. I'm also a lead facilitator for Kairos training culture where I've had the honor to travel all over the world having taught over 2000 students and doctors through co-facilitating hundreds of sessions of movement, breathwork, meditation, communication and chiropractic technique in both English and Spanish. I love being able to be of service and find my voice is one of my most powerful tools to do so. I've been featured as a guest on Potent Truth, Aligned, The Daily Dose, High maintenance hippie, and the Primod podcasts diving deeper into the importance of how the phenomenon of the depleted provider is impacting today’s society. Otherwise you can find me relaxing watching some fire anime, or watering my relationships. I've been to over 100 seminars based around personal development in and outside my profession. I experience a lot of fufillment being able to distribute energy and resources to those around me and in need.
