Co-head of the Guggenheim Investments Global Operations group. Key member of the firms management team and responsible for the day to day leadership and development of the Global Institutional and Intermediary Operations team. Oversees daily middle and back office operations concentrating on services across a vast range of product, portfolios and securities.

Served as support and partner to the Global Head of Operations for Guggenheim Investments, helped to oversee ad execute the deliverables related to all operations and technology related functions. Had direct line oversight of the Data Integrity, Analytics, Pricing, Model Valuation, Performance and Corporate Actions teams. Also oversaw the Global Head of Data Management, which worked closely with the head of IT Application Development to build a cloud based data platform and encourage a self service data distribution model.

In this role, I oversee end-to-end operations and initiatives, including a team of 20 to 25 direct reports to deliver exceptional outcomes. I coordinate and facilitate five different teams, including data integrity, analytics, pricing, model valuation, and corporate actions with $300M in assets under management. I monitor data quality, market data vendors, and relationships to support the migration of data to a cloud platform. I also spearhead a firm-wide committee to assess impact and comment on proposed SEC rule 2a-5. I collaborate with the IT department to build and implement the firm’s ESG data infrastructure and information flow to support ESG investing initiative. I also design an advanced platform to consolidate and distribute credit commentary to portfolio management and across the firm. I update and enhance the NAIC filing procedures for insurance companies in conjunction with the NASVA industry group. I also devise a metrics-based management structure across operations in partnership with the COO. Additionally, I formulate an annual price vendor due diligence process that included on-site reviews of models and methodologies. I establish fair hiring practices and a diverse vendor program in collaboration with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

Managed a team of 20 Fixed Income Analysts with over 150 ABS and Synthetic CDO's. Experience in financial modeling, securitization, client services, credit analytics, and energy services.
