Real Estate Coverage - Received Return Offer -Served on deal team of 8 people closing an $8.2 billion merger of Independence Realty Trust and Steadfast REIT -Performed in depth market research study on sectors such as military housing developers, including a market map of private equity sponsors in preparation for a military housing convention -Created LBO model, pitch deck, and strategic talking points to present to hotel chain for potential management buyout, which my team used to pitch the company after my departure.

-Worked as only intern in Redwood's multifamily real estate group looking for potentially undervalued investments -Pioneered a financial analysis to track and map multifamily housing sales prices, property sizes, and other information in our target markets resulting in easier comparison for future property valuations -Worked with acquisitions team to value and underwrite properties resulting in three purchases in my time as an intern valued at over $100 million
