As CEO of Better, I’ve led the transformation of a startup concept into a nationally distributed brand. From strategy and capital raising to product innovation and team building, I’ve been hands-on in every aspect of growth - securing national retail partnerships, expanding into 1K+ stores, and building a network of 25 alcohol distributors. I’ve led efforts to secure national placements and establish Better as the official THC mocktail of the Grand Ole Opry. My focus remains on scalability, strategic expansion, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the alternative beverage market.

Drawing on my extensive experience in entrepreneurship, brand building, and innovation in the alternative beverage space, I deliver engaging presentations that inspire transformative thought leadership. Notable speaking engagements include the Benzinga Capital Conference (where I served as a panel speaker on two occasions), Vanderbilt Owen Venture and Entrepreneurial Club, Volunteer State Community College, and the Mocktail Summit as a guest speaker, as well as being featured on several podcasts.

Brought in as CEO to reposition and restructure NuSachi into a consumer-facing business from the ground up. My focus spanned leadership, product strategy, manufacturing, and go-to-market execution, ultimately guiding the company through a complete transformation. During my tenure, I spearheaded the development of NuSachi’s beverage program and also refined operations, secured investor backing, and established new sales and distribution channels to accelerate growth. While I’ve transitioned out of day-to-day operations, I remain actively involved as a board member and strategic advisor, ensuring NuSachi continues to evolve in an ever-changing market.

Built and launched Beautiac, a patented, subscription-based makeup brush system designed for a modern beauty consumer. Leading every aspect of the business - from R&D and supply chain to marketing, sales, and capital raising - I transformed an idea into a high-retention subscription brand with an engaged customer base. Within the first 60 days, we processed 3K+ orders and maintained a 72% subscription retention rate at Year 1. I developed an international supply chain spanning six manufacturers, optimized fulfillment automation, and positioned the company for a successful exit through a licensing deal.

Founded The Gam Group to help emerging brands navigate growth, scale operations, and optimize retail and distribution strategies. Partnering with 35+ CPG brands, I provided hands-on leadership in everything from financial planning and supply chain management to go-to-market strategy and brand positioning. During my time at TGG, I helped clients streamline operations, expand their retail presence, and improve profitability - ultimately, equipping businesses with the strategies and structure needed for sustainable success.

Founded and scaled FlashPoint Candle into a multimillion-dollar brand, securing retail partnerships with Tommy Bahama, Southern Living, Dillard’s, Costco, Target, and 4K+ retailers nationwide. In addition to leading business operations, product design, supply chain development, national sales, and retail strategy, I secured funding and cultivated an engaged, multi-regional sales team. I also built an international manufacturing network across five countries, developed a robust private label, and streamlined operations through the company’s first ERP system.
