Managing up to $120M in spend, 6 direct reports, and 350 vendors, he acts as the go-to supply chain resource. Currently, Colin is the Director of Procurement at Munzing North America LP (incl. Magrabar). Here he orchestrates procurement for North America, covering all aspects of materials (food and industrial), CAPEX, logistics, warehousing, etc. Among his most prominent achievements was his oversight of a complete supply chain integration due to Hexion’s ATG acquisition. He forged lasting vendor relationships, handled tough negotiations, and arranged sourcing to deliver a 6% reduction in raw material cost while simultaneously bringing down risk by approving second sources for 80% of single-source materials. He also governed domestication and transfers of technology efforts from a supply chain perspective, attaining a profitability boost of 20%+. Earlier in his career, Colin excelled in Strategic Sourcing Manager, Plant Manager, and Strategic Buyer roles. At the Sika Corporation, he managed $32M of Plasticizer spend and outpaced profitability targets by delivering $3.6M in savings. This was one of many cost reduction attainments he secured, and he was subsequently selected to support executive-level planning and visioning. Among his peers, Colin has earned a reputation for his measured leadership, ability to utilize analytics and technologies, and focus on clear, reliable goals. Supporting these achievements are his exemplary educational qualifications. These include an MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University.
