I worked as a project director at Guangdong Innovation Center for Small Molecule Drug Discovery, responsible for all project investment and management of the new drug development and commercialization.

I worked in a renowned Chinese biocatalysis company, Bontac Biotech, and worked as vice president in its institute , and responsible to explore new research areas in biocatalysis by joint cooperation with internal and external partners, as well as technical support.
