Job Responsibilities:  Organize & schedule the staffing needs for daily operation. Handling more than 350 labors at processing plant.  Run all customer orders with highest quality/efficiency with correct inventories.  Work closely with logistic manager to meet all the customer’s needs regarding ordering, shipping & receiving time.  Improve manpower utilization to ensure efficiency of operation.  Managing the manufacturing process within defined safety & quality standards.  Consolidate the activities of all supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation for production & responsible for any emergencies that occur at plant.  Develop & execute the plant manufacturing budget

Job Responsibilities: ⮚ Plan and monitor the sales administration and logistic operations team to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and chicken products delivery. ⮚ Directs production and ensures cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy, and performance standards. ⮚ Yield analyzing for frozen & chilled production based on the budget. ⮚ Work closely with Farm Managers and Sales team on chicken products inventory and quality issues. ⮚ Follow up processes and stages of production with the application of food safety rules, HACCP and good housekeeping. ⮚ Responsible for the effective implementation of food safety management system. ⮚ Liaise with all internal and external parties for daily operation activities. ⮚ Develop staff to ensure maximum contribution of each member towards the same goals and objectives. ⮚ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement. ⮚ Provide timely and relevant reports as required. ⮚ Managing both internal and external audits at plant. ⮚ To train all the production staffs as per training schedule.

Processing plant equipment by LINCO, Baader Group, Chilling system by ADDEAREST, UAE & Water Treatment plant by Redox, Germany. Plant having capacity of 4000 BPh. Follow up processes and stages of production with the application of food safety rules, HACCP and good housekeeping. I have Experience of 6 Broiler Cage Houses(each having capacity of 75000 birds) and 36 Control houses(each having capacity of 25000 birds). Responsible for solving bird’s health issues, which involves observations for clinical symptoms, post-mortem, investigation of any abnormality in bird’s health and collecting samples for laboratory analysis. Taking action on the line of treatment based on the findings. Responsible for effective maintenance of every day farm activities like bio-security and hygiene, personnel management, feed and water management, general health check of the bird’s and carry out vaccination and medication. Ensure standard ventilation guide lines. Sanitation & disinfection of poultry farm. Liaison with other departments of the company like purchase, logistic, human resources, accounts, and administration.

Responsible for purchase of feed, medicines, vaccines, bedding materials, and maintain the stock& production register. Reporting to the director in the weekly meeting about the performance and suggestions on the issues for improvement of overall performance.
