Member of the Board on the examination section, Human Resource Recruitment Committee of the University, Promotion committee. Supports the Vice Chancellor in Policy decision and development of academic programmes of the University through the advisory board.

Overall responsibility to guide, supervise and co-ordinate all educational issues of all the constituent colleges / faculties of the Sri Ramachandra University.

Established information cum telemedicine centres at Kolkata, Siliguri, Guwahati and Durgapur. Also responsible for bringing about collaboration with other Hospital organization in the North East towards state of art Health Care delivery

Overall responsibility for planning, co-ordinating implementing and receiving feedback for all the activities of the department (clinical service) both ambulatory care, inpatient care and surgical care of the patients admitted under the service

Responsible for the administration and clinical over sight of the Trauma and Emergency Care Services of Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre

Was also Chairman Presidential Theme Committee between 2012 – 13

Was also Secretary between 2002-2004 and Joint Secretary between 2000-2002
