I create wellness solutions that help individuals and organizations to be happier and healthier. I help corporations and institutions design and implement evidence‑based wellness programs that improve employee health, reduce burnout, and strengthen organizational culture. As a cultural anthropologist, Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, and recognized Top 100 Innovator, I bring a unique perspective to corporate wellness—integrating behavioral science, cultural insights, and holistic health practices. I have developed and taught numerous courses as a professor in the social sciences, including courses on social problems, urban ethnography, Native American cultures, African cultures, Latin American cultures, research methods in the behavioral sciences, Multicultural dimensions and research methods in the Masters of Public Policy program. I have also developed and taught a course in sustainable entrepreneurship at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University.
