Dr. Tinashe Chandauka is the CEO and Co-Founder of TMAB Therapeutics, a radiopharmaceutical oncology company built on foundational technology from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He is a repeat biotech founder, physician-scientist, and healthcare/life sciences strategist with experience spanning venture investing, company creation, translational oncology, and public biotech strategy. He is also a Co-Founder, Co-Inventor, and Scientific Advisory Board member of Ethyreal Bio, a Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of Nandi Life Sciences, and serves as a Healthcare & Life Sciences Executive Strategist for Embarc Collective in Tampa, where he advises founders and emerging companies operating at the intersection of healthcare, biotechnology, and innovation. In 2024, he was selected as a Termeer Fellow, one of the most selective leadership fellowships for first-time biotech CEOs in the United States. Previously, Dr. Chandauka was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Texas Medical Center Innovation’s Accelerator for Cancer Therapeutics (ACT), and earlier served as Director of Early Pipeline Development at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals. He began his career at Oxford Science Enterprises, where he supported over $350 million in venture investments, the growth of more than 55 early-stage companies, and the $160 million Series B financing and NASDAQ IPO preparation of Vaccitech. He holds a DPhil from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar and a medical degree from the University of Cape Town with distinction and honours. He is licensed to practice medicine in both the United Kingdom and South Africa, and serves on the Board of Directors of Amref Health Africa.
