-Reporting to Production Director -Improving periodic maintenance culture. -Preparing procedure of special components. -Founding of IBA analyser and developing as signals. -Implementing energy saving projects on Cooling Tower, Air Compressor, Furnaces, Boiler, Fan and Pump Applications. -Get knowledge and expeience on Hi PAC, ACS6000 (MV Drive), Switchyard (380KV), Hi Graph, Graph, In Touch SCADA -Managing 4 Chief engineers, 5 engineers, and 50 foremen and blue collar (Total 65 staff) -Managed Mechanical and Utilities Dept. which has 4 Chief engineers, 4 engineers and about 110 foremen and blue collar (180 staff including electrical dept.) team about 2 years. In that period, on mechanical and utilities field, got noteworthy experience to career. ***PhD thesis subject is; increasing combustion efficinecy (Energy Saving) with ESC on boilers and furnaces. Completed on 2023 April.

-Reporting to Technical Director -Get knowledge & experience on Allen Bradley family; PLC side : -Automax, RS Logics 5, 500, 5000 series Drive side: -Power Flex -Had opprotunity IMS Thickness gauge training in Germany Get periodic maintenance culture and importance of TPM.

-Managing a team including 3 engineer, 6 foremen and 29 blue collar Get experience on contract, erection and commisioning periods of a plant from begining including lines, auxiliary plants (air compressors, cranes, cooling towers, filter systems), transformers, distribution cabinets, switchgears... -System building from begining, follow improvements -Cost follow -Preparation of instrument tree of lines for spare parts, maintenance procedure... Get knowledge and experience on Drive side: -ABB, TDE Macno, Micromaster, Sinamics G & S series SCADA side : -WinCC, -Zenon

-Get knowledge and experience on PCS7 -Commission of two manual lines to PCS7 control system -Automatization of oil seperation line by S7 300 and profibus communicated flowmeters. -Stock automatic reporting and monitoring of raw oil tanks using Profibus PA Level measurment devices -Responsible of all LV and HV units. -Follow costs and electrical consumptions. -Energy saving by entegration of cooling of Deodorization Unit and heating of condanse water of Steam Boiler Unit (***Master Thesis***).

- Following maintenance, troubleshooting of Galvanizing Line and Technological ERW Tube Lines. - Being in erection and commisining of ERW Tube Line 13th. - Knowledge and experience on PLC side: -Siemens Simatic Manager PLC, -Mitsubishi PLC SCADA side: -Wincc Flexible Drive side: -Mitsubishi, -Macno TDE

- Get the opportunity to be present in pre-maintenance and main maintenanace of tha plant which has stopped for 4 years - Being erection and commisioning stages of a Korean packaging machine. - Managing 45 staff
