OSCE/CCA Examiner for Medical students spanning Years 1 to 5 of their academic journey in Medical School.

I secured a place in the highly competitive NHS Regional Clinical Fellow Scheme, one of 29 fellows chosen out of 580 applicants, which aimed to nurture clinical leadership skills for future system leadership roles. As a fellow, I received formal training in leadership, policy making, and healthcare politics, alongside the privilege of networking with esteemed clinical and health leaders. My responsibilities extended to branding and operational support for the Northwest Health Inequalities Hub, supporting the COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Program, and initiatives tackling vaccine hesitancy. Additionally, I played a crucial role in the national CORE20PLUS5 initiative in North West, providing research, recommendations, and education to system leaders. My contributions also included conducting research on patient presentations in the Emergency Department versus Primary Care, focusing on Ethnic Minority communities and their healthcare-seeking behavior, with findings presented to PCN and ICS leads to enhance our system's understanding. Locum Doctor in Adults and Paediatrics Accidents and Emergency, work carried out alongside Management Fellowship to keep up with clinical skills.

I completed a Specialised Foundation Programme in Research and Education in Medical Leadership, which served as an extension of my standard Foundation training. This program is highly competitive among newly qualified doctors, providing a unique opportunity for exposure and dedicated time in academia. During this period, I earned a qualification in Medical Leadership from Edgehill University. My journey in this program involved the successful completion of several academic research projects, with a particular focus on health equality and equity. Many of these projects were dedicated to medical education for fellow doctors, addressing issues related to health inequalities. I'm proud to have contributed to these efforts, with several of my works published in esteemed journals, including the BMJ.
