Attended two day presentation of the District Collectors/DPCs for their MGNREGA implementation work in their concerned districts on 15th and 16th November, 2013 at MoRD, New Delhi. Assisted the National team on MGNREGA Excellence Award constituted by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India under the Chairmanship of Prof. K B Saxena for the selection of best performing districts in the country in the Implementation of MGNREGA for the FY 2012-2013. I was part of one of the National team headed by Prof. Ashwani Kumar, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai that visited districts like Bankura(West Bengal), Jamtara(Jharkhand), Churu(Rajasthan), Adilabad(Andhra Pradesh). Participatory mapping of natural resources on mineral bearing lands: A case study of Gandhamardhan Hill in Bolangir and Bargarh districts of Odisha.
