Monitor and manage escalations; conduct appropriate trend analysis as needed and devise strategies or process improvements to reduce them to almost zero level. Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews. Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.

Experience of heading a team of 35+ people including Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Sales Executive and Logistics. Recruiting, equipping, developing and empowering people in the team. Responsible for Developing/Managing Operation Setup. Developing strategies for achieving short term and long term business objectives. Mapping profitable customers & establishing smooth relations with the customers. Implementing profit improvement measures & issuing clean invoices. Expansion of Business through Franchisee and Business Associates in the area.

Lead Generation, Business Development, Doctor Tie up, Corporate Sales. Organized conferences and presentations regarding stem cell cryopreservation for expecting parents. Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales. . Peeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with expecting parents during presentations.
