Wireline-Logging

Managing the maintenance activities in all operating countries including UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, and Libya. Managing assets utilization and inventories within the organization. Managing maintenance expenses to be within the approved budget. Lead, setting directions, aligning and inspiring employees to achieve results consistent with the company’s vision and values. Design and Implements Maintenance Management System (MMS) for all rotating logging equipment. Logging while tripping (LWT) technology & maintenance. Quality assurance based on API-Q2 and ISO. Ensure reliability and QA/QC of all Surface and downhole equipment. SAP system experience.

Running SCBT-GERO-Tractor/rigs operations.

Responsibilities: •Design and Implements Maintenance Management System (MMS) for all rotating logging equipment and TCP equipment. •Plan and complete Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance of rotating equipment with minimum downtime considering no loss to revenue. •Ensure calibration and certificates of all rotating equipment are valid and up to date. •Maintain computerized Maintenance Management System and monitor MMS data are recorded on time. •Make stock parts list for all rotating equipment and ensure central store maintain minimum inventory level of stock parts. •Develop self and other and identify the potential in employees and develop it for mutual benefits. •Recognize problems, determine root cause, provide recommendations and implement solutions. •Pro-active in developing and carrying out plans, individually and through a group interaction. •Lead, setting directions, aligning and inspiring employees to achieve results consistent with the company’s vision and values. •Ensure maintenance expenses of all rotating equipment of logging and TCP are within the approved budget. •Rotating logging equipment includes: production logging tools from Sondex, reservoir characterization from HWS & Antares and all other surface auxiliary equipment.

Responsibilities: •Maintain and troubleshoot Surface and Down-hole PLT memory tools. •Performing high tech calibration procedures for PLT memory tools. •Performing different levels of preventive maintenance (PM1, PM2 and PM3). •Program, run and analyze the output data for all high tech TGT memory tools: SAKMAR, MID, SNL, DMPT,SMPT, INDIGO, GEO-6 and others. •Performing regular and urgent maintenance visits worldwide. • Contribute to improve the reliability and QoS of TGT memory tools. •Planning and keep tracking for all TGT memory tools and spare parts worldwide. Attended the following Oil/Gas related courses at TGT Prime College: •Production Logging Overview: General information about the various logging TGT memory tools including the specification, running, and log analysis.

Position: Electronic Maintenance Engineer. Abu Dhabi - UAE, April 2011 till Feb 2014 Responsibilities: •Performing Function checks, maintain, and troubleshoot surface and downhole tools (Open-Hole and Cased-Hole). •Apply the most recent root cause analysis techniques to find and avoid the repeating of problems. •Installing panels, devices and preparing the connection of the wire line logging units and trucks. •Installing ECLIPS system, updates, patches, manuals, and license based on UNIX/OS. •Troubleshooting the problems might happen for the units, trucks, and oil tools in the field as well in the base. •Perform a preventive maintenance (PM L1, PM L2 and PM L3) for ECLIPS system (SW/HW), Tools, Units, and Trucks. •Perform the calibration procedures using radiation source (GR and Neutron). •Performing the rig up and rig down of oil tools and calculating the weak points. •Using SAP system for tracking and archiving tools, parts, and repair actions. •Troubleshoot problems, function check, and run third party tools manufactured by general Electric (SONDEX): PLT and MAPS. •Field visits for troubleshooting, fixing and performing preventive maintenance for panels and tools. •Ability to use various types of meters and scopes. Position: Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer. Amman-Jordan, Aug 2008 till April 2011. Responsibilities: •Working as a Control and SCADA Engineer in the Telecommunication and Control Department (11 KV, 33 KV, 132 KV, and 400 KV). •Performing site survey in order to prepare all the required materials before the installation of control devices. •Installing control devices RTUs (Remote Terminal Units):RTU560, Collector 400, and ollector 100, GPS, and UPS in the field. • Creating the suitable configuration file to get all the digital indications and analogue measurements from the substations to the national control center (Master Station) and deliver the digital commands from the master station to the RTUs in the substations. •Configuring and adapting the telecommunication channels: analog and digital, fiber and PLC that link the remote devices in the field with master station. •Troubleshoot and diagnostic the IEC 101 and IEC 104 protocols. •Performing a routine preventive maintenance visits to substations to enhance the reliability and efficiency. •Work under demand for any urgent situation 24 hours.. •Participating in the control installation project which aims to install new RTU in new substation and replacing old ones. Site survey for the new substation is performed firstly. Then we choose and deliver the suitable RTU to the field and start the wiring task. Finally, we test all the points, measurements and commands of the RTU and do the commissioning with field engineer in order to engage the substation in service in the following substations: University, Samra (Connected to generation station), and Madaba.
