As the President and Senior Consultant of Talawah Turf International (TTI), I lead and partner with highly skilled colleagues to provide grant-writing, professional development, technical assistance, and coaching services to both religious and secular leaders. With an M.Sc from Bank St. College, and an Ed.D. and M.A. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, I have over 30 years of experience in building efficient evidence-based organizations that serve families and the general community. My mission is to strengthen secular/clergy leaders and their teams to develop their own capacity and skills to execute data-informed and socially just service that meets the needs and expectations of their stakeholders. I am also an Author who offers motivational speaking and ministry support as part of my consultation services. I am passionate about mentoring, supporting, and empowering my colleagues and clients to achieve their goals and fulfill their vision.
