I am a physician with over 15 years of experience and deep expertise in the field of Pharmacovigilance, spanning single case processing, aggregate report preparation, literature review to signal management. As Co-CEO at Continuum India, I am responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and strategic plans across Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing and Technology. I lead key initiatives in Business Planning, Business Development, Marketing Strategy and Client Relationship Management. I also oversee budgeting, revenue, new awards, and capacity planning in collaboration with the Designated Partners and the Leadership Team. My leadership has helped build a high-performing work environment while upholding the highest standards of operational excellence and compliance. I have played a critical role in securing new business, launching and expanding multiple projects, strengthening client relationships, and driving strategic operations. I draw on my experience to provide clear direction and support to my teams, enabling us to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. In my previous roles within Drug Safety, I led project teams for large, mid-size and small pharma and biotech clients in the US, UK and Europe. My work has covered products under clinical development, lifecycle products, mature products, biosimilars, and generics. I have successfully partnered with clients by deploying best practices and developing efficient processes and workflows that deliver unparalleled quality and compliance. Earlier in my career, I worked in clinical settings for four years, gaining hands-on experience in cardiology, family medicine, and community medicine.
