My journey at EHG began with setting up a central development and testing center for the group, followed by a focus on chassis and electronics. After Thor Industries acquired EHG, I drove forward technological cooperation and, reporting to Thor, promoted an innovation team for electromobility and the digital networking of vehicles and mobile living. Key projects: • Definition of the module and platform strategy in the development network • Development and introduction of connected motorhomes with app control (smart mobile home) • Development of an independently electrically powered caravan (e-caravan) • Introduction of tools and processes for complex project management in digitalization with many external partners (SAFe, Jira, Confluence) • Managing the central patent system and homologation
