Working on Africa-wide Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services- focusing on Digitalization of AES , Agric. value chain development with AFAAS Partners across Africa. Worked with UN FAO and Partner UN Agencies on projects in Food & Agriculture value chains to facilitate competitive farmer production and VC access to markets for value-added food products from Farmer Field Business Networks that are working on 19 Agricultural Priority Commodities of Uganda's Food system. Managing teams in development and implementation design of concepts and idea notes, project proposals, and business models for competitive grants applications in resonance to Quantum Project Management Approach. I have knowledge and skills in facilitation of applicants to enable them produce results for competitive proposal writing teams (including GEF, GCF) climate change competitive grants for Africa.
