The story about this purchase is I went to Vaxjo University. I was recommended by my Uncle Ed Hansen. I think he used to work at Volvo selling automobile and tractor parts. I decided to go study abroad and I am glad I did. The situation at U.O.P was I made Pam Eibeck President of U.O.P. But one of our security guards call the police on her for being in the president's office. DeRosa left to another University to work as a provost. I got a phone call, and it was on the news on Yahoo. I fired Mike that day over the phone. Josh Powell an owner of U.O.P we lend his father around 100 million dollars to free Stockton Record from debt. The timing was awesome. Because they were going shut Vaxjo down. So I took the money, with Terri Dallin another owner of U.O.P. And bought everything on the University Vaxjo campus, and the campus in Kalmar Sweden. So this is how I got to purchase Vaxjo University. Renamed it to Linnaeus University because of Linnaeus 500 anniversary.

I own this company due to Bruce Gross wanted to invest into a grocery store called Food 4 Less. We accepted it and Bruce Gross owns part of a store.. Stockton Mortgage is located on Pacific Ave across from Podesto's Market. I do not activity work with Stockton Mortgage but I do contact some employees. I would like to fund the purchasing and refitting of buildings in downtown Stockton, for low income housing this is to help create a market for downtown businesses also. As a owner of mortgage company, I still do not support the Bankruptcy law of 2008. So we do refinancing and loans for housing. I also acquired Lodi Mortgage and Cluff Ave Storage from Bruce Gross.

How did I acquire RTD of San Joaquin and Sacramento. When I bought the Food 4 Less and grocers license I was offered the bussing licenses. Why did I get I was President of Pacific Universe aka University of the Pacific offered them by Mayor Podesto because of my prestige. The social and culture issue was Food 4 Less was not allowing minorities in store, they were turning them away. Food 4 Less last owner got a bussing license to run a delivery van and shuttle people to the store and back home. So in 1994 I bought Food 4 Less with the all licenses bussing, transportation, and grocery stores. I have a large territory. We did an open call for investors through the news media. So we created San Joaquin RTD and supported Measure K where there is a tax on sports and entertainment tickets in the county to run transportation through RTD. I am impressed with my board development of it. The downtown station is beautiful. The busses are electric and natural gas. This is my desire to go "Green" with the busses and promoting alternative energies. So I am a founder and owner of RTD.

I created this company with Terri Dallin, Janelle Dewitt. We had help with Tim Rollins, and others. My nephew Andy Belarmino and Tim Rollins helped design the wards. I currently own 65% of the company. I was distinguished as Clinical Psychiatrist through the Valley Mountain Regional Center. My findings and methods were published in a San Joaquin medical journals. I do not activity work at Anka, but we have a pill house in Stockton with a emergency facility with a small mental health hospital.

I founded this due to Dan Reynolds Jr, asked us if they could use the property to build a homeless shelter. This was during the time flooding and other social and political events were happening. My uncle Bananos built the factory that we use as a homeless shelter during the evening. We shelter around 250 a night, we offer food for dinner also. Across away is St Mary's dining room which I am an original founder, it was built to be a hanger and possible garage for boats. The goal is to use the recycling property to build new shelter for the Women and Men which is across the street. But we are still collecting rent for the property. When that happens I either use the factory for small manufacturing which creates jobs or turn it into a Art Studio to help Artist around the country and world that are harassed or needs a place to sleep and practice Art.

This organization promotes the arts in the Tenderloin, by having a public studio and emergency beds for the homeless and offers breakfast and dinners. On the weekends they do lunch service. You have to be staying at the shelter. I do not mind if people wish to donate art supplies, money or equipment, The equipment that could be used is office supplies, computers, paints, clay, sculpture tools. How did Hospitality House came about when I was gifted land in San Francisco a friend of a Judge Scalia asked us to help so we did it was the 1980s when I began to allow the Non Profit to use my property. I believe I took over the non-profit charter also in 1982.

I do not actively run or operate the Salvation Army Hope Harbor, but a person I knew from Oak View mother does. The Salvation army representative is Jonathan Strong he went to Oak View also. I sometimes go for dinner at 5 pm and they open up emergency sleeping for the homeless around 6pm. The facilities offers showering and sometime has clothes for you in the closet. What we need at hope harbor is socks, underwear, pants, shirts. We need donations. I guess you can give money to the charity also or order catering from our kitchen. The facility has culinary arts program to train people to work in a kitchen also. That helps with the operation. Alex Spanos has donated money to build Hope Harbor. You can donate also to help with the daily operations. The other co-founders are Robert L Silva Sr. and George W Bush Jr.

Yes I was gifted this as a child from my mother Dorothy Silva. I own 12 percent of the Federal Reserve Bank and 12 percent of the World Bank. I am descendent of the Barkley, Smith,Pyror Swinney, and Edward Silva. These are my grandfathers. I used to talk to Alan Greenspan when I was young. I like Allen. I think I influence the Voodoo economics. As Professor Ellis you have to believe it is going to work, "clap your hands". My concern is the 2008 Bankruptcy law that actually sent the economy and financial system to stagnation. Bankruptcy gets rid of stagnant money and is necessary to deter chattel of people. I would like to talk to Chairperson Yellen one day.

Yes the lite rail and the busses in San Francisco I own. But I have a board to run MUNI, plus another board call SMFTA. Gavin Newsom sometimes speaks on my behalf so does my older sister Terri Dallin. How did I get the license. Well I think my mother gifted it to me when I was around 7 years old. So a board was created and we began to promote lite rail and bussing in San Francisco. My personal goal for MUNI is to get the busses on natural gas and electric. So MUNI revenues are around 12 million a month. I am hoping it is being used to upgrade and maintain the transportation system.

In this position I work with Chris Jara, Anita Shue and Eric Dynamic. I was a counter person that took computers in to repair. I also ran the Computer rentals section of the business. My daily routine was to check to see if we have to reorder retail items and computer parts. I also did diagnostics on the computers we accepted to repair. Then I would consult with Anita and order parts. I also repaired the computers. We did offer the service of custom build computers. We did mass wholesale of computers for California State Agencies. So I filled out invoices and did projects and repairs.

In this position I earned the status Dr. Clinical Psychiatry. I put many hours into practice and my methods and findings were published in the Valley Mountain Regional Center medical publications. I also worked with Tim Rollin and Dr. Stillwell of U.O.P. Tim used my data in his thesis. Me and Tim work together to develop Anka Behavioral which is Mental Health of San Joaquin county. I own a majority of this company. I worked under Bob Wheeler which I believe I have over 2500 hours of practice. My understanding I found the Syncia effect was distracting clients from reading. They would get images from the fantastic imagination and this would scare them or distract them. Then behavioral episodes would occur.

The mall is located by fourth street on Market St. in San Francisco California. My older sister Terri wishes to build a arcade in the Meteron building. I aspire to put a museum if the City council grants it. The goal of the museum is to bring domestic and international contemporary artist work to the bay area. I believe we have space in Meteron. I would love to have sports card shop with a hobby shop. I am open to lease to foreign merchandisers also. My cousin Gavin Newsom helped us acquire the mall. That is how achieved ownership.

I decided to go to Galt High School because of the football program. I lived on the line between Galt and Lodi also most of my friends went to Galt High. I studied industrial arts, welding, working with metal. I also studied the fine arts such are drawing, silk screen, and film and cinema. I also studied the required curriculum. I enjoyed Galt with comradery with my friends and girlfriends. . I got accepted to attend Mizra Biag and Professors International Human Rights Law seminars. We also studied terrorism from legal, sociological, political and psychological perception. It was through exchange program. I had to have a 3.5 gpa I got accepted. I learned also the Swedish Social Democracy was a good for the individual.
