• Handling Academics of the Institute including Curriculum Review and academic administration of the Institute from September 2018. • Designing the Course curriculum & facilitating in Finance & DS specialization subjects like Wealth Management, Financial Systems and Financial Services, Operations Research and Operations Management. • Member of IQAC Cell and Core Team Member of NBA Task at SBS. • Coordinating the implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) in PGDM programme at SBS. • Coordinated Research & Development Cell of the Institute from April 2017 to May 2018. Has been part of Editorial Team of SBS Journal- Fountainhead. • Working as member of Admission Committee of the Institute and handling responsibilities of Co- Admission Chair. • Training of students for the placements in financial domain companies. • Actively involved in training, development and mentoring activities of the Students.

• Facilitated subjects like Managerial Communication, Operations Management, Strategy Management, Risk Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management. • Worked as a Placement Coordinator for six years, also involved in other student and Institute development activities like live projects, seminars, workshops etc. Coordinated Global Country Study Report (GCSR) Projects and Comprehensive Project – Industry Defined Problem (CP/IDP) projects affiliated with GTU and GU respectively. • Actively involved in training, development and mentoring activities of the Students. • Worked with college’s examination committee in different capacities of paper setter, exam invigilator, exam moderator, Centre in charge, coordinator and senior supervisor for University external exams. • Internal as well as external evaluator for research projects viva-voices and responsibly worked as an observer for the external examination duty.

• Managing customer centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery, revenue targets & service quality norms. • Handled Depository Operations, Cash Desk and Relation Ship Management Managers Desk at Ashram Road and Naranpura Branch, Ahmedabad. • Create and maintain benchmark TAT for DEMAT and other banking transactions. • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and providing them with complete support.
