As Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), I work with the board to formulate the strategies, oversee operations across all verticals, and drive organizational effectiveness and service excellence as we build India’s most integrated senior ecosystem.

With over 1,700 units under management and more than 2,400 seniors in our care, Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific proudly stands as India’s largest and most comprehensive senior living community. We are committed to creating vibrant, secure environments that cater to the evolving needs of seniors. As Chief Operating Officer, I am focused on optimizing our operations, driving growth, and ensuring the highest standards of care. My goal is to expand our impact by integrating technology and innovation into our services, enhancing the quality of life for all our residents.

Recently launched, SeniorShield is a cutting-edge app designed to promote monitored preventive health and active aging among India’s seniors. As Chief Operating Officer, I oversee the operational execution and integration of this innovative technology.

KITES Senior Care specializes in post-hospitalization rehab care, palliative care, and dementia care, and has become a trusted 'Out of Hospital' care continuum partner for the elderly and their families. Currently operating in three cities with over 340 beds, we are expanding to six cities to become a 1,000+ bedded brand. Our growth, ably supported by Dr. Ranjan Pai's MEMG Family Office and Columbia Pacific Management, enables us to provide comprehensive and compassionate geriatric care services.

As National Head Operations, I was responsible to drive excellence in operations and manage the P&L efficiently.
