Physician-leader driving a movement to bring evidence-based nutrition and therapeutic lifestyle interventions to the core of healthcare. With over two decades of experience across clinical care, nutrition science, research, and systems transformation, I work to translate robust evidence into scalable, real-world health solutions. In 2015, I co-founded Invest On Health (IOH), among India’s first health-tech platforms delivering structured therapeutic lifestyle and nutrition interventions at scale, empowering over 5,000 individuals to achieve sustainable health outcomes. Since 2022, I have served as Medical Director of the Physicians Association for Nutrition (PAN) India, leading national programmes that translate robust scientific evidence into scalable solutions for health systems, institutions, and communities. This includes strengthening medical education, developing clinical frameworks, advancing research, reforming institutional food systems, and supporting policy-level change to mainstream Evidence-Based Nutrition (EBN). A medical graduate from TD Medical College (Kerala), I also hold a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Bharathidasan University (BDU). Additionally, I am a Diplomate and global top scorer of the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). My mission is simple: To advance nutrition security, strengthen healthcare systems, and champion science-led approaches that enable healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable communities. I work closely with healthcare organisations, medical institutions, policy leaders, and industry partners who share this vision and welcome meaningful collaborations that accelerate this shift.

I worked at NIAS as a research collaborator on the National project titled “Identification and Mentoring of Gifted children in Maths and Science (3-15 years)” under Prof.Anitha Kurup's guidance. During this phase, I was involved in several research activities like identification of the gifted children, assessment of gifted children using psychometric tests- IQ and Creativity and case profiling the gifted children. I also took part in organising workshops, discussions and consultations. NIAS also gave me an opportunity to develop resources and academic content for young gifted children.
