Passionate in pharma OSD process development. 14+ Yrs of industrial experience in Granulation, Drying and Coating in Pharma, Nutra, Non Pharma (Foods, Flavors, Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Animal Feeds, Food Ingredients). SME in Granulation and Drying for OSD forms in pharma and SME in Granulation and Drying for all non pharma sectors. Expert for process development in Granulation, Drying and Coating. Responsible Core Member for Launching High Shear Granulation and Granulation Train in ACG. Currently Heading ACG Laboratories and Responsible for handling all Pharma & non Pharma Customer support in terms of process development (Niche applications, process optimization, Scale up support, Technical Trainings, process technology support in Granulation, coating and drying). Process Technology Support Lead in Pharma for customers across globe. Associated with ACG from last 7.5 + yrs as 4th Job, previous to this was heading pharma process technology support at Gansons Ltd., Research Associate for WFCFD Mumbai: did consultancies for process development in pharma and non pharma; Research associate at RGSTC Rajiv Gandhi Commission for Sci and Tech Govt. Maharashtra as first job assignment wherein did lot of process developmental projects in Drying of Foods, Nutra and allied industries. Completed PhD. Tech. from UDCT Chem Engg dept. in Process Technology with Focus on Drying Technology as research topic. Enriching Experience with Dr. B.N. Thorat for completing most of PhD Tech industrial projects in several Universities Abroad. Published Several Research Articles in Journals of International Repute and received several research Awards during PhD Tech at UDCT (ICT Mumbai). Previous to this completed M. Tech in Process Technology from Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sci and Tech UDCT (ICT Mumbai) Under Guidance of Prof. Dr. Sathaye, Again learned so many practical things in pharma from Dr. Sathaye from formulation, process, Animal Studies and learned a lot to become a responsible human being. Completed Bachelors in Pharmacy from Most prestigious Institute of Pharmacy in India: NDMVP Govt. College of Pharmacy Nasik (CPN Nasik), Fortunate to have Gems of Faculty Members in CPN and hence to have basics clear in Pharmacy. CPN atmosphere helped to develop self 360 degree and crack GATE and to get admitted in UDCT with AIR 7 for Masters in Process Technology. Overall Satisfactory Journey to reach at current position in ACG by overcoming several struggles and obstacle's of personal life.
