In a broad summary, this means: - Solving issues with current processes: root-cause analysis using in-depth scientific understanding and development of engineering solutions. - Improving current processes: for example digitisation, QC & sensors, automation, process control, IIOT. - Manufacturing innovation: developing novel processes and equipment when the current processes have reached the end of their lifetime. As part of this, I also apply my specialist background in developing industrial digital printing and precision coating technologies and end-solutions. 42 Technology is a science, technology, innovation and product development consultancy that helps to create innovative new products and manufacturing processes for some of the world’s best known brands, as well as start-ups and SMEs.
