I leaded and I was responsible from Mutual Funds & Fixed Income Securities Operations Desk, Customer and Bank's Derivatives Operations Desk, FX – MM Desk with Electronic Funds Transfer Center - Swift Center - Nostro and FX Reconciliations, Cash Management Operations with Banknots Operations Desk.

I leaded and I was responsible from Treasury Operations Department, Mutual Funds Operations Department, Fixed Income Securities Operations Department, Custody Department, Branches Operations & Coordination Department, Cash Management Operations and Effectives Operations Department, Customer Account Operations Department and System ID Management Department.

I leaded and I was responsible from Fixed Income Securities Operations, Customer and Bank's Derivatives Operations, FX – MM and Bank Credits Operations, Collateral Management, Electronic Fund Transfer Center - Swift Center - Nostro Reconciliation and FX Reconciliation, Treasury Middle Office administrative units. Additionally; applying legislation & compliance changes and legal obligations, I managed various projects in the case of each unit and Operations Group. These projects were subject to Risk Preventions and Business Development issues.

In business development projects; Treasury Department, Department of Treasury and Capital Markets Operations, Asset and Investment management and related projects; various branch projects were worked. All units processes are modelled in ARIS BPM process modeling system, as an ongoing process analysing, updating and development were done. I worked for a project which targets lean management in branch operations processes which targets having FTE from operations personnel to get more sales force from the existing human resource. We achieved to have Stewie Awards Business Awards with this project. I worked by the methods of Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Methodology.

Eurobonds capital and coupon redemptions, requests, roll-fresh repo transactions, bond transfers, colleterals, cash margin interests calculation and requests, interbank cash transfers. Derivatives and FX / FX transactions, DCD, CCS - IRS operations, FX position cash flow, provisions ALM operations, Cash and stock reconciliations, Bond options, OTAS bond registrations, representing my bank in Euroclear and Clearstream Bank meetings, delayed payments and interest claims. Branches’ EFT transactions’ problem solving, branches EFT commissions. I represented my bank in meetings and organizations of Banks Association of Turkey’s EFT and IBAN working groups. I worked for FX Bond system module and Colleteral Management projects. Department files were prepared by excel macros which were written by myself.

Mutual & pension funds real-time valuations and pricing, system controls, management fees calculations and distribution, funds duration, correlation, band gaps, controls of the independent auditing firm reports, capital movements of the funds, share checks, notices, Turkish Derivative Exchange guarantees, positions, commissions, transactions controls, Capital Markets Board of Turkey reports reports, continuous disclosure forms, CMB registration fees, new fund establishments, official book controls (journal, general ledger, share trading books). As well as I experienced Koçbank - Yapi Kredi merger during and after the merger activities and fund mergers. I controlled eurobonds, TRY bond deal tickets and system deal definitions, booking deals,Yapi Kredi document management system activities and controls. Large part of the internal control, reconciliation and governance files of the department are prepared by excel macros which were written by myself.

I have worked within the structure of KOCBANK; I was responsible from (mutual and pension) investment funds daily valuations & pricing processes, Takasbank (Clearing Bank of Turkey), MKK (Central Registry Board of Turkey) operations, daily reconciliations, weekly and monthly reports. I also have done operations and carried out the relationship between the bank and the foreign issuer of Pioneer funds.

During my university education, I worked as a part-time staff in internal transfers from / to the airport, served for the domestic / foreign groups as a tour guide, health congresses; firm, corparate company and wedding organizer from the beginning of the organization till the end. Not just wedding, but the local trips of the guests, etc..) Companies I worked for: CANO Yatching (Bodrum) - Figur Congress and Convention Organizations - Forte Travel - K&M Organization (Istanbul)
